We currently ship within the United States. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

  • During high-volume releases, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure timely receipt of the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.

Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email] with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Approved claims will be reviewed and resolved at our discretion.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Sealed Product Disclaimer

All Pokémon and TCG sealed products are shipped factory sealed. We are not responsible for damage or defects caused by shipping carriers once the package has left our facility.

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
