Shipping Rates

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.
Damaged Packages

Risk of Loss

Sealed Product Disclaimer
All Pokémon and TCG sealed products are shipped factory sealed. We are not responsible for damage or defects caused by shipping carriers once the package has left our facility.
