4. Orders & Payment

5. No Returns / No Refunds

All sales are final.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

  • Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Resolutions are determined at our discretion.


8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is handed to the shipping carrier.

16. Chargebacks & Dispute Abuse

By placing an order on this website, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt a resolution.

Abuse of Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or dispute for any of the following reasons is considered fraudulent or abusive, including but not limited to:

  • Claiming “item not as described” due to dissatisfaction with pull rates, card contents, or grading outcomes

  • Claiming “unauthorized transaction” after successfully placing an order

  • Claiming “item not received” when tracking confirms delivery

  • Filing a dispute after opening sealed Pokémon or TCG products

  • Filing a dispute in violation of our No Return & No Refund Policy

Consequences of Chargeback Abuse

If a chargeback or dispute is filed in bad faith:

  • We reserve the right to permanently ban the customer from future purchases

  • We may contest the dispute using delivery confirmation, order records, and policy agreements

  • We reserve the right to recover chargeback fees, administrative costs, and losses associated with the dispute

  • Any future orders under the same name, address, email, IP address, or payment method may be automatically canceled
